Princeton Performance Dynamics is certified for business coaching and team facilitation under the criteria and guidelines established by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and is currently a member in good standing of the Women President’s Educational Organization.
Prior to founding Princeton Performance Dynamics in 2000, Helene had over 20 years of corporate leadership experience successfully implementing change at Merrill Lynch, Bankers Trust Company, Dean Witter Reynolds and Electronic Data Systems. In a variety of roles, Helene was responsible for strategic planning, product management, sales and marketing, and the management of administrative groups and project teams. Helene has developed and conducted training programs, consulted to start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, and has spoken to numerous organizations and groups across the country.
Helene has her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from New York University, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). Helene is a graduate of B/Coach and the Strategy Focused Developmental Coaching System.
Helene has lived and worked in New York, Boston, Dallas, California and New Jersey, and currently resides in Princeton with her husband and two children.
