Because of my background and training I decided it was time to step in and offer my knowledge & self-defense expertise to my students. I created the C.L.A.S.S. Self-Defense program which teaches kids ages 8-14 years old how to be more safe in our unsafe society. My unique program first teaches them how to use conflict resolution when faced with a bully, then how to be more aware of their surroundings and take action before someone tries to grab them. Finally, I created and modified certain physical techniques that any child can use to defend themselves against abductors. Children must know how to fight back!
