Herman J. Najoli is a father, a friend, and a futurist. He is the author of life-changing books like The Road to Arrival, Quest for Light and Battling for Yoru Prophetic Destiny. Herman has a passion for empowering people with knowledge, skills and resources that will enable them to live a better life. He was born in Kenya, a third world country, and understands what it means to have dreams but no resources for making them come to pass. He has earned degrees from Nairobi University in Kenya, Africa and Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Herman has invested a huge part of his life in helping others realize their destiny. He motivates both youth and adults alike from all over the country to live a better life and dream of greater possibilities. He is the founder of Better Life Company®, an organization whose goal is to help people unleash their true potential and therefore make their organizations and families thrive in every way possible. This is done primarily through inspirational speaking, provision of books and materials for personal growth, equipping through multi-media and on-going coaching for clear and lasting results. Herman's writing was birthed in his religious upbringing and has continued to evolve into motivational and business writing.
