I have been majorly influenced by authors such as Stephen King (but who hasn't? With his multitude of novels based on human emotions, the macabre and even an analysis of writing and Horror as a genre, he's sure to influence authors to come as well as the generations that have lived in his shadow already), Jay Sankey (who wrote an excellent book that went beyond mere magician's methods and instead delved into the importance of presentation, creativity and the involvement of self that greatly influenced me later on in not only my magic, but my writing as well), Thomas Harris (who's deranged ability to describe everything you could ever want to know about a hyper-intelligent cannibal goes beyond anything else I've seen before), David Eddings (Who's work spans an enormous amount of original fantasy fiction novels that are not only incredibly well written, but also serve as catalysts for my own imagination. Props for that one, Mr. Eddings.) Brian Jacques (Who's redwood novels were amongst some of the first ones I ever tried to work through. What an incredible series of books! Must reads for sure!), Russell Banks (Who's novel "Rule of the Bone" was an instant classic in my mind and certainly underrated. I consider it one to look forward too, and also a book that propelled me to work experimentally and work towards a satisfying ending and an EPIC last sentence that would ring truth and clarity to all that make it there.), S.D. Perry (Whose works on the Resident Evil series are some of the best Video Game novels ever written I think. These books made me love to read again.), Lemony Snickett (whose series of Unfortunate events is one I am avidly working my way through, and what a treat they are turning out to be. Bravo Mr. Snickett, Bravo.), J. K. Rowling (Whose Harry Potter Novels of course gave me inspiration to work on EPIC projects of my own. Thank you for the memories. Great stuff. I look forward to book 7, and what an ending it will be.), and Max Brooks (for his excellent admissions in the fight against the zombies. Without him, hope might have forever been lost. Thank you, kind sir.). Lastly I want to give a very large shoutout to everyone who helped me out with A2 and Beyond Hot, namely Aaron Salinas, Justin Gloyd, Randall Gunn and many many many other individuals. However, Special most high acclaim goes to Aaron who has taught me that though we will always be friends, we are also brothers. And together, we can do anything. Thank you and good night.
