Most of what I have written has been fantasy. The first fantasy I remember reading, probably what really pushed me into the genre, were the "The Chronicles of Prydain" series by Lloyd Alexander. Later on, in junior high, I discovered "Star Trek". Already a fan of "Doctor Who" and "Star Wars", "Star Trek" did a lot to push me into science and science fiction. But, my true love still remains fantasy. Though I must quote Michael Crichton as one of my favorite authors, I’m also a huge fan of Terry Brooks and Jim Butcher.
