I felt led to write a book on bipolar disorder because I interact with so many other bipolars struggling with everyday living. Life can be stable and filled with the hope of tomorrow free from the seemingly ever present threat of relapse. We are so much more than bipolar.

Background Information

I am a wife and mother of one daughter. I am now retired and able to focus on helping others who struggle with affective disorders and the sense of worthlessness.

Additional Information

It is my desire to encourage those who struggle with mental illness and share the hope we have in our creator.
