I began writing poetry over 10 years ago. Since then on and off to clear my head on certain issues.Since joining an online poetry community within the last year I have made contact with many great poets and authors who have provided both guidance and inspiration;along with great work of their own to read also!Relatively recently I discovered the haiku and senryu poetry forms. After reading many old masters and the more contemporary poets, I began to work on a style of my own.More free time and more to say have allowed me to put together my first book of haiku and senryu poetry released recently though Lulu.com.I still write more general poetry, which I also love, and hope soon to be able to complete a further book in this area.I have been lucky enough to have some earlier work published in poetry magazines- of which the only one I can remember after this long is "First Time".I also design board and card games- biggest client being Oxford University Press. We are based in South Korea- moved here from the UK with my lovely wife just over three years ago.
