I have been cooking since I was 9 years old, I also cooked in the Army even though it was not my assigned job. I enjoy cooking and maing up my own dishes and love to share them with others. Alot of people like my dishes and I try to think of quick, easy and cost effective dishes. My other interest are Native Americans, since I am 1/8th Apache my self I like learning and sharing what I learn about the customs and difficulties the face the native americans.

In Jan. 2007 my first cook book was released, it is called "Reinvented Original Recipes" a few libraries and schools in the country have my book on their shelves. I am also waiting for the release of my first childrens book called "The littlest warrior" and my wife and I co-authored a childrens book called "The misadventures of our son Henry" which should be released very soon. these books can be found on www.publishamerica.com as well as the online bookstores such as Barnes and Noble, Borders etc. I also have an e book that is called "The Indian Ways" which is on www.lulu.com as well as selling them in book form myself.

Reinvented Original Recipes
These recipes are from the 50's, 60's and 70's, all the recipes we remember as children but I have put a more modern spin on them and made them quick and easy. These recipes have been enjoyed by friends and family for quite awhile. You can also find this book on most on line book stores.

The Littlest Warrior
this is soon to be released. This is a picture book for younger children that tell of a little Indian boy who just does not grow as fast as the other children in the village. He is the cheif's son, but everyone leaves him out of the normal actives becasue of his size. He must find a way to show everyone size does not always mean everything. The Indian ways
This book explains to children about the ways of the native americans: how they lived, what kinds of house they lived in, their weapons, clothing and the foods they ate. I have tried to make it interesting to learn.
