Teresa Rector has been involved in the New Corporate Culture for over nine years as a facilitator, project manager, and course designer. As a learning facilitator with Southwest Airlines, she conducted their innovative new hire orientation class and taught an ongoing course to share with new leaders the “soft” skills necessary to build on the tradition of empowerment and accountability within the airline.
She has acted as a development training specialist in multiple industries including finance, hospitality and environmental services. During her career, Teresa has managed projects to build culture and promote company ideals of “fun at work” and innovation. Teresa has designed and developed numerous workshops on topics such as change, coaching, leadership, and customer service.
