Tim LaVere is a 24 year radio veteran who was recently called into the ministry. His story is an incredible testimony of God's healing power to change and restore lives.

"Pastor Tim" spent most of his adult life depressed, sick, and overweight. Through his faith, he found the strength to lose 135 pounds, regain his health, restore his marriage, and find joy in everyday life! Raising a son with autism has provided much of the motivation behind his work.

Tim's first book is called, "Picking Up Stones." It's a humorous and thought-provoking work that describes how Christians can find happiness and fulfillment in life through serving others. Recently, he was pleased to publish his first Christian book for children, "Charlie McGee and the Secret Radio Hideaway!" It has received rave reviews from kids and parents for its humor and positive message about standing up for your faith!
