I have been working with teenage girls on loving themselves for 15 plus years. It was my own tormented youth that brought me to this place in my life. I wanted to make sure that other girls didn't have to suffer through those loathing years, full of self doubt, like myself. I want to empower young girls to find their truth inside of themselves and let go of other peoples judgments of who they think they are. To start realizing their uniqueness and how shinning from the inside is what it is all about. 

Having "My Feet Aren't Ugly" A girl's guide to loving herself from the inside out, published by Beaufort Books, an Independent publishing house in New York. Having My Feet Aren't Ugly win 4 awards for non fiction, young adult. Being involved with so many teenage girls to help them shift their reality and to help parents learn how to communicate with their teen to develop a more connected relationship with their teenager.

I am doing as many workshops for girls as I can, and book signings. I am facilitating a retreat in Sedona Arizona with 2 other amazing women for teens and their parents. To teach them how to be through self development, yoga and meditation.
