I'm aiming to switch careers, from computer software & marketing (occaisional diving), to writing part-time whilst scuba-diving somewhere nice and warm. I wrote a sci-fi trilogy many years ago, friends liked it - but never bothered to do anything with them. More recently I decided to give it a proper go and took six months off, writing 4 books - which have been very well received on both sides of the Atlantic. Each book only took 2 weeks each, then a lot of editing and critiques - and more editing, etc. Now just about ready. All critiques always welcome (and urged), except the silly ones! It's fiction, with a little artists license.
