I live in Indiana as a transplant from Iowa at a young age.I have laughingly said that I am a gal from the fifties that never out grew them.I started writing on scraps of paper about the age of fourteen,I wish now I had saved those scraps to give insight as to who I am.I get inspiration to write from everything around me plus memories that either haunt me or help me.I live in the country with an abundance of wildlife ,I love to watch the deer as they timidly dance through the newly plowed fields or make an all out run as though chased by the hounds.There is a very old cemetery less than a quarter of a mile from our house that is the resting place of twenty two civil war veterans,it is like walking through a history book to go there.
I have two children, Dawn and Bill,six granchildren and five greatgrandchildren.
What a life so far,I look forward to many more tomorrows.
