As an author, I've been asked if I were a teacher. No I am not a teacher by certification, but my greatest influence other than my parents were the African American educators that taught me in the first eight years of my school experience. Remembering them in my memoirs is the greatest respect that I could have given them.

"Florida Girl" is my just published second edition of my memoirs.
Currently working on a fiction story, whose main character is a fourteen year old female, middle high school student from an affluent African American family. Her love interest in an African American male whose circumstances are quite different than hers...he's homeless but that does not affect his drive to become successful.
