I began my writing career years ago writing poetry, short stories, and freelance writing for friends and family. Growing up in the inner city I’ve observed first hand how difficult it is to grow up in adverse conditions and the significant effect it can have on a person’s outlook on life and even their own future. But I also know that where you come from does not have to define who you are, who you can become, and where you can go. That's the main purpose behind my writing. Using what God gave me to bless others.
