I have enjoyed reading and writing, as a silent hobby, since childhood. I was never taken seriously for the poems I wrote; therefore, I kept my writing, secretive.
When my amazing friend and adoring sweetheart, Author's Den member, Jill Eisnaugle, encouraged me to follow my own heart and write, I began to share my work with her. Now, I am enjoying the opportunity of sharing my poems with all of you, too.
Jill's dedication to her own writing and her love and support towards me are an inspiration in my life. My respect, gratitude and appreciation for the gifts I've been given inspire my writing; Jill is my greatest gift! She is my angel without wings.
I am a blessed man, in many ways, and I believe, in some small way, each of us is blessed, whether in our relationships, our careers or our lives, through the many things we enjoy. Sometimes, our blessings don't become known for a long time, but in the end, I think they're always found.
I hope you enjoy my poetry and I thank you for your support. Without readers, writing would be three-quarters of the way pointless.
