That little brown-leather pocket bible was the only piece of my dad's personal belongings placed in my four year old hands.  So I have loved and trusted the bible all of my life.  But I didn't understand what the bible said about Jesus.  Finally, my life was so messed up that I didn't think it could be fixed.  I desparetly needed a savior; so I went to a church that was a couple blocks away.  The Pastor kept reading verses that said Jesus is God; and that Jesus died as a sacrifice for my sins.  Only a few days later, I pictured my soul purified and actually in heaven with Jesus. I realized that I could have that; that Jesus died on the cross so that I could have that; that God loved me and He wanted me to have that.  I believed at that moment that I could be forgiven and made whole again.  So I stepped across the line.  I told God that I believed that Jesus is the Son of the Holy Trinity.  God filled me with His Holy Spirit; and I spent the next hour, or so, laughing and crying over the fact that I had been snatched from the flames of Hell and written in the "Lamb's book of life". In order to stay filled with the Holy Spirit, I followed the disciplines of bible reading and prayer. I experienced God communicating with me during my devotional prayer time. When I was obedient to the Lord's direction, life went well and my family and I were blessed. So after the bombing of the World Trade Center (9/11), when God gave me the notions contained in my book; I knew that I had to be faithful to communicate this new interpretation of Revelation.
