Poet & lyricist. I was born and bred in glasgow...a place of pure inspiration. I write about life, about the years gone by and the present, and also the things I see around me, the everyday things that might affect us all.
I also love to write about Scotland and the beauty it possesses, and my hometown of Glasgow and its a great source of inspiration for me.

I have been writing poetry most of my life and a book of my work over the last 20 years was published recently, its titled 'A Life of Rhyme' and published by Athena Press (Book Publishers). Its a book filled with life through my experiences growing up in a family of 10 in a deprived area of glasgow. There are poems that have been influenced by this great city of glasgow and also Scotland and its history. Its easy to find inspiration from such a beautiful country, its past and its present. As well as A Life of Rhyme, I am a featured poet in 'Poets Centre Stage' published by Cauliay Publishing & Distribution UK.
I also like to write song lyrics and have had a few of my songs recorded by a local band here in glasgow. I would be keen to collaborate with musicians looking for songwriters as i'm sure it will enhance my skills as a writer of lyrics as i'm no good with instruments at all.
I'm also working on my second book of poetry and hope this to be completed this year.
