I was born and raised in Bergen, Norway and came to the United States in 1985. Currently, I am living in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with my husband, 2 children and 2 cats.
As far back as I can remember, I was always interested in psychology. Even as a child, I was often questioning what was happening in people’s relationships, and I had a sincere desire to understand why relationships seemed to be so difficult for so many people.
My other great interest and passion in life was homeopathy. I became interested in homeopathy when I was first introduced to it in my late teens after suffering from an ailment that no doctor had been able to cure, even after one year of allopathic treatments. When homeopathy cured the problem in a matter of months, I was immensely impressed and wanted to learn everything I could about this fascinating form of natural healing. As I studied the teachings of homeopathy, I was surprised to find that homeopathy isn’t just about healing the body. There is actually an in-depth psychological profile associated with each constitutional remedy, and this peaked my interest even more!
My whole life, I had been wondering why people feel the way they feel and do the things they do, and even though I had read every relationship book I could get my hands on, I never found the kind of answers I was looking for. But, as I was studying the mental/emotional profiles in my homeopathy books, a whole new level of understanding became clear to me. I could see that what we are often dealing with is old issues, issues that are so old that we may have even been born with them. Perhaps these issues were passed down to us from our forefathers because they weren’t able to resolve those issues in their own lives. There seems to be a natural law, that anything unfinished or unresolved, has to be completed at some point, even if your children or your children’s children have to do it. I believe that this is what the law of Karma is all about. We are here to learn to complete or resolve these old issues that we came in with so we can clear the slate and start over again, fresh. To do this, we need to understand the patterns that are affecting our lives, we need to become more aware so we can recognize the patterns, and eventually, we need to find ways to break the patterns so we can free ourselves from the heritage of our pasts.
You may have suspected by now that “Beyond the veil of delusions, understanding relationships through homeopathy” is a very different kind of relationship book. The book is written as a cross between psychology and homeopathy, where the psychology of relationships is described from a homeopathic point of view. Here, you will find answers to questions like why communication is so difficult, why we attract the same type of mate over and over, and why relationships are so full of misunderstandings, disappointed expectations, unhappiness and misery. Unless we truly understand why this is happening, we are always going to experience these kinds of problems in our relationships, therefore, understanding is basically the key to transformation.
“Beyond the Veil of Delusions” is more than just a simple homeopathy or psychology book; it is also a tool for your own personal expansion since your newfound awareness can help you break your old patterns and transform your life. This book is basically a key to understanding homeopathic psychology, your relationships, your problems and yourself.
