Christopher R. Edgar is an author and success coach who helps professionals transition to careers aligned with their true callings and find more fulfillment and productivity in what they do.

Background Information

I am an ex-corporate lawyer turned author and success coach. I woke up one morning a few years ago and realized I could do what I wanted with my life, rather than what I believed everyone else thought I should do. My goal is to share with others the freedom that comes with that realization. My articles focus on finding purpose in your career and overcoming fears preventing you from pursuing your true calling. My perspective is influenced by spiritual teachings and transpersonal psychology. Specific authors who influence my writing include J. Krishnamurti, Richard Moss, Eckhart Tolle, Ken Wilber and many others.

A New Perspective On Procrastination
In this article, I take a fresh look at understanding and overcoming procrastination from a spiritual perspective. I suggest that procrastination happens in moments when we're resisting reality as it is, and recommend exercises to help us embrace the present moment and regain our focus.
