My writing inspiration comes from Edgar Allen Poe, Elizabeth Barrett Browning, James Baldwin, Paul Lawrence Dunbar, Langston Hughes, also Martin Luther King Jr., Bruce Lee. Princess Diana, Princess of Wales, and Mother Teresa. Thank God for mothers and friends and experiences in life that forge us into who we become!

To live your dream while you are alive is the greatest achievement in the world, and mine started at 57 years old and it is never to late! And as long as you have breath your dream is alive!

I have published 3 poetry books and 3 CD & 6 DVD'S and book 4 will debut December 2010, I am a professional entertainer, accomplished choreographer, poet, author. My tribute poem about Princess Diana has reach the hands of her two sons Prince William and his younger brother Prince Harry in London, England. They have responded favorably. Just completed a Valentine's Program ' Celebrate Love Series ', February 14, 2008 at Christ the King Parish in Detroit, MI and it was phenomenal, of which DVD'S are avaiable, famed poet Herbert Woodward Martin and his breath taking portrayal of Dayton, Ohio poet Paul Lawrence Dunbar was overwhelming! Herbert is an exciting poet. We also had phenomenal local poets and a professional recording artist Chris McCall and the show, it was off the hook!

When older people see me perform they realize that they don't have to be in the shape they are in! Change your heart, change your mind, and change your diet and we all can be much healthier, prosperous, and live longer and better lives. I am a living example, invite me to your shows and celebrations and I can show you more so than talk about it. Life isn't that difficult we had brains before computers! (smile) I am helping children at Martin Luther King Jr. Senior High School Band in Detroit raise money to attend the opening ceremonies at the 2008 Summer Olympics and they were selected by the Olympic Host Committee, for their band to play their music, at the opening ceremonies in Beijing, China! Mlk Jr. High School thanks you for your graciousness. They went to China and the performance was superb!
