Never say never! I began writing at 42, playing the violin at 48 and now at age 54 I have five books of fiction, four in paper and three of the five as epubs on Kindle and soon to be Kobo and Smashwords (aka Apple) It can be done...believe in your own "I AM"!

Background Information

I wrote a bit in highschool but then life butted in and I raised a family and finally when I became an empty nester I started to rediscover my artistic side. I took up painting as well as music and writing.

Some of the authors who have influenced my desire to write are James Rollins, Barbara Erskene, Nora Roberts and Scott Cunningham.

Barbara Erskene's, "Lady of Hay" drew me in and back to read and re-read this tale several  times even though the book is almost 700 pages. Nora Roberts is a wonderful writer where women are strong individuals, they are enpowering and she also writes a lot about magick in an honest light. Scott Cunningham in his short life wrote many books (non-fiction) on Wicca and Witchcraft, doing  his best to dispell the hollywood version of our faith, our craft. The world lost a great man when he passed onto summerland in 1993.

Five books of fiction published since 2005. Six chapbooks of poetry written from 1998-2001
United Empire Loyalists designation 2007
Formed my own publishing company 2007

Additional Information

Two new works of fiction published by New Wiccan Press and printed by . They are "Fallen" and "Malaroy's Treasure" and "Mound of the Dead"

Diana Watts Kent is a talented writer. Cunning gorgeous and dangerous. A writer with a murderous past present and future. Slade Fraser is a tough as nails cop who will stop at nothing to stop her from killing again

Malaroy's Treasure
Susan Hunter has just won the Lottery and is taking a trip of a lifetime. What is didn't count on was meeting a dark stranger, getting shot and helping to solve an Authurian mystery centuries old

Eliza McPhelimy was young, strong and independent. She was also one of the best reporters to ever grace the streets of Toronto after graduating with a degree in journalism. When she landed a job at the Toronto Tribune, the fiery birthing pains of a city that grew every second kept her hopping. The day Jerry Malloy entered her life, everything changed. Without warning, Eliza's best friend was murdered, and she and Jerry were both on the run for their lives, dodging killers and spy agencies that left a train wreck of death in their wake. What did they know about lost journals and the lineage of Christ? It would take the intervention of Gete Zhmaagan, an unusual native man, to reveal to them an incomprehensible secret the world had been trying to cover up since the beginning of recorded time!

Ring of Lost Souls
Queen Freya McDougall ruled the lower half of Scotland in the early part of the 16th century. A great evil skulked nearby, and she and her guard Liam McPherson were kidnaped and taken to a strange land where bizarre beings lurked. Through the power of Gandorís evil magick, they were separated both from their clan and from their own souls as their bodies wandered in a transparent shape, a shadow of their former selves. Could her son Ewan and Liamís brother Aidan save them in time to stave off a war with the Campbell Clan? They had only one week to find and rescue them or the kingdom would be doomed. Mythical creatures abound upon this extraordinary land, and with the help of a gentle dragon named Manny, they knew somehow they would be able to find the key to break the curse that was connected to the Ring of Lost Souls and escape the Mysterious Isle forever
