I spent a good portion of my childhood, being shuffled around various hippie communes in the Pacific Northwest, where most of my education consisted of "free schools". I rebelled by becoming an honorman in the United States Navy. Still trying to adjust after discharge, I slipped through the cracks of society and eventually became one of the homeless in Hollywood. Everything turned around in virtually an instant, when I was hit with a sudden revelation. Since that moment I have pursued, and achieved, most of my lifetime ambitions, such as being a successful producer for Disney, a television series regular, a lead actor in feature films, a produced screenwriter for television and film and an artist, where my mechanical sculptures are now in collections around the world. I don't take anything too serious, as life is short and my obsession with laughter is crippling.
Influences are on each end of the spectrum and everything in between. M.C Echer, Tom Wolfe, Carlos Castenada, Cormac McCarthy (I know some are spelled wrong, but my brain always seems to outpace my typing skills).
I have spent over 30 years, trying to uncover the secrets of developing a natural physique. Along the way I have been trained, trained alongside, and have had the honor of training some of the all-time legends in the fitness world. My role on the television series "Conan" opened many doors to scientific research and the secrets of the professionals. After all this time, at the age of 46, I decided to finally take all I had learned and assemble all the pieces to the puzzle I had accumulated during my adventures. The result was FGP training system and I devoted a year to using this method exclusively. The results went far beyond all expectations and were the basis for the book "Killing the Caveman".
