Life is the best teacher of all. I enjoy sharing with others all I've learned during my many years on this earth.
The oldest of eight children, I found myself the "little mother" to my siblings. As I entered adulthood, I set the example that determination and persistence will help you to achieve any goal you set for yourself.
I took up writing late in life; perhaps I had to live before I could write about life. Naturally shy, I found I could communicate more effectively through the written word.
Writing is a passion that has consumed me for more than twenty years. I've had some success, gotten a couple novels and nonfiction books published. But, more importantly, I use writing as a means to express what is important to me. My journal is the best friend I have.
