Background

I have always known I wanted to be a writer, ever since i was young and owned my first typewriter. I plunked at that typewriter all the time, churning out stories or poems. I was inspired by Lois Lane and Margaret Atwood.
I have won poetry awards, been interviewed for radio, and performed local poetry readings. I published a book of poetry and articles in a variety of national magazines. I met Margaret Atwood at a fundraiser and had an article published in Canadian Stories about my meeting with her.
I write and read everything. I am busy currently managing two healthy guinea pigs, enjoying the spring weather and haunting my local library.
