I was born and bred in Australia and am currently residing in Canberra (the capital of Aus). It took me a long time to discover the power and beauty of words but having done so they have allowed me a means for releasing my emotions, of recording events and feelings and have been a tool for healing. From a teenager who failed English because reading a book was so boring, to an adult who is amazed by the way that words can create images so real that you become a part of their tale. The transition was a long time coming but one I’m very pleased to have made. When I am filled with emotion the words flow freely and my hands become a tool for my mind.
My other passion is photography. Life, nature and people provide endless inspiration for both writing and photography. No matter where you look there is beauty to behold.
