I was the Top winner in the Emerils Italian Contest/Foodnetwork after one of My recipes--Frankies Gravy and Meatballs was selected out of 1500 contestants!. I appeared on Emeril Live with Emeril lagasse--where he Recreated my recipe on Live Television!!

I am also an actor--I have been in several movies and commercials.
