Information
SHANEA was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, NY. She first developed her craft for writing in elementary school, where she would write stories with her best friend and her sister. Her love for writing continued to grow as she began journaling. She began writing in composition notebooks at the age of 13, starting her journey writing full-fledged novels.
What started out as both a love of the written word and as a way to get her emotions out, turned into a thriving passion. By the end of high school, she had filled up over 30 composition notebooks with various stories. Her first novel, Truth Be Told will be released in early 2010. She has published several articles in WAVE Journey Magazine, In theKnow Magazine as well as a few local and online publications.
Shanea currently lives in Highland, NY and is working on the sequel to Truth Be Told.
