Ferland's writings hold nothing back in their raw, true, powerful form. He leaves no stone unturned in his quest to expose all the deep dark secrets hiding behind closed doors.
Born and raised in Saco, Maine in the early 1970s. R.W. Ferland spent his formative years living in a highly dysfunctional family environment. Drug abuse, alcoholism, and emotional and physical abuse where all part of R.W’s daily life growing up in Maine. Abandoned by his mother when he was twelve, R.W. has long since known what it takes to survive in an often-inhospitable world.
His past and present life are a constant source for his writings. Many recent changes in his life, including the birth of his first child and graduating from college have all given R.W. Ferland new insight and new fuel to stoke the passionate creative writing fire that burns within him.
R.W. Ferland currently lives in Florida with his wife and two young children. R.W. Ferland is a school teacher, full time author, artist and student by profession.

Keaton Foster Biography
Keaton Foster lives in small wood schoolhouse that sits in the deep back woods located near a small farm in Southern Florida. The long since abandoned schoolhouse was built by the local farmers in the late 1800's for the families of their workers. Keaton Foster finds great peace within the safety of its enduring walls. Rarely ever seen beyond the borders of his small patch of dirt, Keaton Foster has become more of a myth to the locals than an actual, identifiable member of their community. To say that Keaton Foster is a social misfit would be a understatement. He is completely content spending every waking moment of his day sitting alone at the keys of his typewriter. Keaton Foster visits his brother’s house from time to time to drop of his latest batch of writings. Last year, his brother approached Beyond The Darkness Publications with some examples of his work. His work was quickly snapped up, and as they say the rest is history. Keaton Foster is well aware that he is a published author, thanks to his brother and Beyond The Darkness Publications. Each month he receives a check, and each month the check is promptly returned to our offices marked return to sender. Maybe some people are better-left unknown to the world around them. Maybe they are only willing to live in the world they create with the stroke of a key. Maybe Keaton Foster is a unique case of when a man become bound by nothing other than the words he writes, the words that give him life.
