I live in Duvall, Washington, a small town outside of Seattle. I write for Suite101, Helium, and have written several books.

Background Information

I have written freelance articles for Suite101, Helium, and various other online publications, as well as for print magazines including South Florida Parenting, The Mop Rag, and AIM. My daughter's birth story was published in Sheri Menelli's book, Journey Into Motherhood: Inspirational Stories of Natural Birth.

My Lulu Bookstore includes my memoirs, strange little girl, a novel, Mother's Milk, a writing manual, Write a Novel in 30 Days, and a few other books including a recipe book, an unschooling manual, and a children's book.
