Kathryn West was born in Carson City Nevada, one of seven children. Early in her youth she discovered the joys of writing. Ever since she's enjoyed trying her hand at novels, poetry, lyrics, and children's books. Inspired by years of reading classics old and new, she dabbles in multiple genres. Her somewhat unusual childhood has solidified a dry sense of humor and a knack for the unexpected. She currently resides in Southern California, where she continues to write.
