"There is a wholeness of knowing keep inside of your being that you were created for a good intention and you have the right to live that out to its fullest."--Linda Louise
Author Linda Louise was born in Wisconsin and moved to Iowa when she was eight years old. She attended the University of Iowa, focusing on Education and Psychology. Her background includes small business management and over twenty years of professional business writing and editing. Louise lived on an Iowa farm while raising two sons, who became teachers. Now a grandmother, she is pursuing a long-time dream—creative writing. Initially beginning to write children’s books due to her heart for children and great love for children’s literature, Louise knows first-hand how literature can enhance a child’s life. Shortly after starting her children’s writing, the inspiration came to pen her life story, what she calls “autobiographical sketches” or snapshots of her life. In 2008, Tate Publishing Enterprises published her first book, Longing for Wholeness: Filling the Void in My Soul. The book received Best Christian Woman’s Inspirational awarded in 2008, by ChristianStoryTeller.com. Her stories share how she was able to rebuild her life to inspire others to make a difference. Her insight into life produces a unique and uplifting writing style that inevitably will touch the core of your very being.
