Having been raised in southwestern Ohio, in a small town atmosphere, Roger has been instilled with the basic core values of his Midwestern upbringing.  Honesty, integrity, hard work and a deep religious root just to name a few of those values.

Roger has recently written and published his first book, Happiness? Yes!.  In it he describes the simple steps we can all take to achieve total and eternal happiness.  The process has been simplified so that it is extremely easy to read and yet it is presented in an inspiring and motivational manner that leaves you wanting to read more.

Over the years Roger has spoken to such groups as the US Army NCO academy in Ft Sam Houston, TX,  the Pacific Gas & Electric Company in Seattle, WA, the Wolf Range Company in Los Angeles, CA, and the First Impressions Ministries of Calvary Chapel in Melbourne, FL.

Additionally, Roger has formed and operated multiple businesses over the years, ranging from Internet marketing to real estate investing.  Prior to forming his own companies Roger worked as a manufacturers representative and before that as a general manager of a division of a NYSE listed company.

During his life experiences Roger has traveled many roads and at this time has elected to share some of those experiences and his insights to help inform, inspire, motivate and educate those he comes in contact with through his writing, his speaking and his teaching.
