I am a 41 yr old man, that lost the love of my life! She was the most beautiful woman I have ever seen, with the prettiest green eyes that I had ever gazed into. The love I hold for her is exactly what you have or will read from me.I have been writing poems since the fifth grade, one publised in the Indianapolis Star!  A very smart woman(grandmother) told me that when you cry, and write things down that is your hearts true feelings. I now know what she meant!! Ever heart is different in love and yet they all respond to loss the same!! I write poems that have alot of heart in them. Up til now most were during times of grief for a lost loved one. Now I see the world in a whole new way and just write what I'm thinking of at the time.
