I started writing when i was twelve on a novel that has yet to see the light of day. I'm told all writers have one of those.
I sway between the visual arts and the literary arts to the point where I have settled in the odd mire that lies between the two, some call that place film.
I went to school for film and animation, and painting, and liberal arts, and writing, and I consider myself a victim of over education.
My major influences come from the many religious texts I read as well as the horribly audacious comedy of modern writers and filmakers, particularly Douglas Adams and Kurt Vonnegut.
I seek to make people laugh, to make people think, and to make people look at their own beliefs. It is a weak man who cannot question what is presented to him, or worse, what he already understands.
I currently reside in the great city state of Los Angeles alongside one of the largest homeless populations in the country. I, like man others, do my best to ignore them as I pursue screenwriting and novels.
I enjoy illustrating my own work and even do a little filming on top of that.
Please feel free to say hi. I sincerely enjoy meeting new people.
