After growing up in a "cult" like environment as well as abuses along the way, after 48 years of insecurity I began keeping a journal and going on a journey that helped me to redefine and in some cases define who I really am today.  I have strong opinions and yet am a good listener. The combination is what is in my book.  I am proud of my growth through this thing we call life.  I only discovered that I could use my written words to express myself better as I got older.     I grew up in Eureka, California until the age of 13.  At 13 I moved to Oregon.  I experienced a lot of emotional distress in both places.  I was not allowed to share those thoughts until my mother passed due to the fact she thought everything was a reflection on her.  Some was.  Some was not.  I hope I express that clearly through my written thoughts.

I am a master teacher that has helped to develop several successful reading programs as well as a general cohesive Kindergarten program in my school district.

This is my first attempt at publishing anything of real substance to me. I hope it will be excepted for what it is--a source of my healing and learning who I am and how to forgive.
