I had trouble learning to read when I started school.  So that made me try harder with my reading and by the time I was in middle school I loved reading.  The first novel I read was 'Gone With the Wind.' I was thirteen at the time and it took me a whole summer to read this book.   Although I loved reading, I didn't like to write.  I remember writing a poem, which was an assignment given to me.  The teacher called me up to her desk, I thought I was in trouble, but she told me my poem was very good and asked me if she could have it.& more...
