I am a Marine Recon veteran from the Vietnam War. I am presently completing a PhD in Psychology at Capella University, and hold a Master's Degree in Human Services/Criminal Justice from the same university. I am a retired Police Chief, College Criminal Justice Department/Law Enforcement Coordinator, and mental health worker.
