Chances… It’s not a typical girl and boy thing Something that we can’t stop wondering A case of demented hearts beating Pulling like a roll of an unbreakable chain I see heaven in your eyes each time The sun outcast every final glance Your voice echoes like a distant drum Because of you they keep the rhyme Maybe I’m a hopeless fool who dreams Someone who sleeps while lays awake Watching every minute of God’s scheme I know I’ll never make the same mistake I took my chance with you Huddle the bristles of falling rain Swallowed tears like it’s not the same I’ll never wake up waiting in vain With you each canvass has meaning Empty spaces now with colorful hues A simple trace from our beginning These thoughts solely created for you I need not spend forever crying As sure as the sun rises each morning There’ll be hopeful sighs and breathing I know ours has no ending! © bhongmartinez 04/23/03

Life..like Love is but of chances... and failing is but only HUMAN. I feel the pain in every line..sad, but lovely.
