Late at night, just me and my computer..

In the darkness of my office I sit and ponder by the light of my computer screen I often wonder when will all be revealed shall it be 2012? Should I be on my knees into the Bible should I delve? My neck is cracking, my body tired, my shoulders heavy, lost heart's desire, where is my love, and where is my dream? where is my cell phone, I need some icecream. Undoing my bra, pulling the straps through my shirt, releasing my bondage, releasing my hurt. Sitting in my office all alone TV blaring, husband is snoring, and nobody caring, Feeling no older, knowing youth's gone, typing in the darkness while the band just plays on...

Now that is a poetic thought a day trip through a mind that sees the world as it is and mixing a carefree but yet awareness in a few words and making it work is not easy you did that good piece

A very interesting piece reflecting back, yet staying current. Either way time marches on, doesn't it.....

Excellent writing, Caryn...I have not seen or read you in years. You have not lost your touch. But really...youth is a state of mind so it cannot ever be gone...except in our minds if we allow it to be so. More please.

Awesome! Great rhythm going on here. Sleepless nights, Coast-to-Coast's great show host, and a blue-lit screen while the music sings --eerie! --Charlie
