| Wonderful images in this poem. The language is strong, line breaks work beautifully. There is more depth and metaphor that meets the eye, which is what makes this poem as strong as it is. The only suggestion would be to leave out the cliche' "live and let live" which takes away from the poem's originality. The poem also (really)ends at the 2nd line of the last stanza "To be a friend to the spiders" The poem doesn't need the last two lines...it doesn't need that didactic part. The reader needs to feel whatever the reader feels. |

Ken- ( I like your writing style and Flow)
I gravitated to this Poem (because I love Spiders and take amazing Pictures of their artistic spider webs, there homes, especially after Rain and on/off Shrubs/Etc.) I am Staying/Tracking you because I like your kind and giving Heart! Loved this Poem• YES! We must "leave well enough alone" Nature is BEAUTY! THANK YOU for writing this gem!

Live and let live is very important to me.
I'm amused at people who are so horrified by anything- and a lot of people I know have a problem with spiders.
It is like they think God made a mistake- should never have made spiders.
This is cool.

I do not think that spiders are creepy. I have met some people who are but that does not belong here. I think this poem was well written and excellent in it's content. Great Job.
