Dear Senator Kelly Ayotte

Expanded background checks was a simple common sense move. But New Hampshire's Senator Kelly Ayotte felt that she knew better than WE THE PEOPLE did so she voted against what 89% of the population of the state wanted. Not a smart move at all.

 Dear Senator Kelly Ayotte
You swore an oath to do our will
To be our representative
Yet you voted against us still

We simply wanted background checks
Just common sense for one and all
Then you came back and lied to us
This huge mistake will be your fall

You weren't elected to lead us
You said that you would be our voice
But politics went to your head
Then you went and made your own choice

Two Thousand Fourteen's coming fast
Re-election you'd better fear
We the People want you no more
Dear Senator you're outta here!

Don't be surprised by the outcome
There really is no mystery
Look at the face in the mirror
Kelly Ayotte you're history

Personally, I wish they'd get rid of the senate here in Canada. In light of recent scandals, that useless "arm" of government has got to go. Thanks for sharing, Paul. Love and peace,

Regis

This oughta be your campaign promise, Paul...and you can take over her place in the state senate...(though I must say, I have known a few people that went into office with great intentions of being the peoples voice and now are just as swell headed as it sounds this lady is...hope you won't, but sometimes its the only way to go it seems...) e

It certainly does look like she's on her way out… With a pack of money from her friendly PACs. Probably will get a good job in the revolving door. After all, that's what she became a senator for.

I agree with You Paul completely. Backround checks should be the law. I do not like the idea of guns but if it has to be at least only sane people should have them.

Great write Paul. I am all for background checks. My ID is checked all the time at the register we out to have a legal ID to register to vote.
Duh!

God Bless you Paul!

YBI Christ,

John Michael

PS: Most folks don't have the guts to take a stand. The IRS may be watching. But so is Jesus - In the end, what will we stand for???
