You're Sure a Friend of Mine! When I hear your voice; when I see your face… Every time I see your smile, it’s like a warm embrace! When you hold my hand; as we walk together in the sand… I know why I’m here! Nothing in this world can mean so much to me; Never can there be a finer friend; Nowhere could I find a better confidant… No touch would be so sure my heart to mend. When I seek your help; when I need your strength… Any time I can’t go on, you’re always there, at length! Giving of your soul; as we work things out, to have and hold… I know why we’re here! Nothing in this world can mean so much to me; Never can there be a finer friend; Nowhere could I find a better confidant… No touch would be so sure my heart to mend. Thank you, love, for being there and loving me; Thank you, too, for every subtle sign; Thank you, dear, for making life so rich with love… Thank you, Love; you’re sure a friend of mine! © 2008 C.R.H.
