Heaven's Hierarchy

On earth, as it is in heaven: earth is a similitude

Heaven's Hierarchy

©copyright 2004 Bonita M Quesinberry, R.C. 052904

Heaven's hierarchy is much like this earth's nations,

contrary to most dogmatic declarations:

a spiritual realm, where angels populate;

while on earth, humans war and wildly demonstrate.

These both are living forms, from lowest to highest;

yet, mankind views the heavenly realm with bias.

Still, all the facts can be found in God's Holy Word;

only mankind smearing the ink until it's blurred.

Like Presidents, Kings or Queens, is Ancient of Days:

who established twelve laws to govern heaven's ways.

Like a Prince Heir apparent, Michael is His son:

who created all; for their pleasure it was done.

Michael first formed the other angels as offspring:

Gabriel and Lucifer, Royal Princes deemed.

Senate and House: twelve Apostles and old Prophets;

But unlike earth, of the people they don't profit.

Seraphims protect God's All, as His Royal Guard:

four living creatures like a President's life guards.

Cherubs: subordinates guarding Eden's entry

and warding off evil against humanity.

Then, four angels control war winds, both here and there:

like America's Ministry of War we bear.

Four other angels direct all elements' winds:

an Agriculture Ministry that twists and bends.

El's Education Ministry: angels, seven,

save God's two witnesses— first written in heaven—

Old and New Testaments teaching all His people.

These seven also sound trumpets from the steeples,

announcing prophecy to begin and to end;

and, minister to Christ's church, their hearts to defend.

National Affairs Ministry: other seven,

control release of prophetic word from heaven.

Defence Ministry: angels six of God's great arms:

Gabriel leads, dispensing plagues of seven harms

when the last trumpet blew in nineteen-ninety-one.

Until Christ returns, it will not be said, "It's done."

Ambassadors to the new world are angels twelve,

greeting at New Jerusalem's gates! All is well.

Now, we've covered the spiritual government

Still, there do remain those in heaven's tenement.

Host: heaven and earth's General Population,

average angels and men, each serving nations.

Ah, but when new, there is to be an earthly King:

Jesus, Michael's first Son of the dead, Lord He deemed

to rule over the kings: His twelve tribes of you and me.

So, here is laid out heaven's government to see;

and, I pray each and all understand God's wisdom:

as it is written, similar each a kingdom.
