Still

Do you know the way
Count fingers in the sky
Listen to the wind

Hear a new baby
Feel the breath of time
Call out echo comes around

Lady walks miles
Carries water on her head
Washes the souls of the dead

Come inside rest your weary bones
Leave the trouble in the catacombs
Be a day to find babies see love

Distance is midirons
Pixels on screen
Softer sound breaks down

Water is cool
Days left in a stool
Can you pray with me today

Tried you know to escape
Hate and war take their place
Holes in view screen breaks down

Models dress depth of another age
Tempt the heart of yearning need
Creed lifts a voice claims of choice

Angels skim across the land
See their marks in the foreheads
Love is toy for new to share

Read the book but a message grew
Realized it was no one that I knew
Passed my stone it faded gray

She kissed my cheek
My pain floated away
Come with me and pray

Do you know the way
Count fingers in the sky
Listen to the wind
