Poem, Poem, my kingdom, for a poem. It's an intense conflagration, that sere's my very: soul.
A confraternity of peers, that confabulate, yet expect! If that's the right word? To read a masterpiece, every now and again.
Almost consanguineous, but the blood, is not a match. The mind set, however, is! And you best pay attention; cause THERE WILL, be a quiz.
Bout how we seem to write our writes, for some high attainment stuff, The truth is we write for the other's, whom, like us, write too, and a peers applause is better, than TWO! Of a readers, maybe even three, cause a poet knows a good write, from mediocrity.

Yes, but even mediocrity needs encouragement.
I've seen some very mediocre grow into some really fine poets over the years at AD. And you are never done learning your craft.

| We write because we have to write. It gives voice to our spirit within and proclaims the heart for all to see. |
