George remains in prison. Money is a precious commodity there as it is everywhere . I send the reviews of his poems to him. He enjoys reading them. I hope in some small way, I am making his life there a little more bearable.

Money is the root of our
society. It opens any door.

There is a price on how we live,
a price on everything, for it can
create a king or queen,or cause
a man to hang.

So many people have lost their
lives in search of wealth or fame.
Many minds have slipped away from
normal to insane .

Kids are sold and countries
bought,even police produce blind
eyes.

A notice reveled, it says for
free, but proves to be just lies.

By, George A Wilson

The "financial system" along with "political powers" and "religious institutions" are exactly what Jesus spoke against and have been the downfall of this beautiful planed. I pray that we can change. A thought-provoking offering, MaryGrace. Thank you. Love and peace to you,

A truism for sure.
Money, like fire, is a good servant but a bad master..
