George remains in prison. Money is a precious commodity there as it is everywhere . I send the reviews of his poems to him. He enjoys reading them. I hope in some small way, I am making his life there a little more bearable. |

Money is the root of our
society. It opens any door.
There is a price on how we live,
a price on everything, for it can
create a king or queen,or cause
a man to hang.
So many people have lost their
lives in search of wealth or fame.
Many minds have slipped away from
normal to insane .
Kids are sold and countries
bought,even police produce blind
eyes.
A notice reveled, it says for
free, but proves to be just lies.

The "financial system" along with "political powers" and "religious institutions" are exactly what Jesus spoke against and have been the downfall of this beautiful planed. I pray that we can change. A thought-provoking offering, MaryGrace. Thank you. Love and peace to you,

A truism for sure.
Money, like fire, is a good servant but a bad master..
Oscar Wilde did his best work in the nick... |
