A Poet's Gotta Write

A poet must write, it is a law of nature, just like the rising sun.

A bird's gotta fly and a poet's gotta write,
We must express the beauty that is in our sight.
Poets are a rare and wonderous breed,
Happiess is a pen and paper, that's all we need.
Poets write about emotions, laughter and pain,
Most time, poetry is the only thing keeping us sane.
Poets are the eyes and heart of the planet earth,
Poets keep love alive and we have from birth.
Fish gotta swim and bird gotta fly,
A poet's gotta write until they die

In the name of every poet around and kicking...THANKS!!!! we all write our words like the rivers push its waves, to read a poem is to get wet looking for a little fish.
