Where To Find Happiness

This is a poem to reflect on where and how we might be able to find true happiness

Where is happiness  found?

In a beautiful house?

Or money?

Maybe being popular

or feeling pretty

That's what the television says

Maybe in food

or nice clothes

That should make us happy

Or maybe a nice car

No.  I think happiness is found in feeling loved

and being able to give love

That is the need of all of us

Is love always joyful?

Of course not

But It is worth carrying the cross

in order to have the resurrection

When we take our last breathe

What will mean the most to us

Feeling loved and knowing we have given love.

Then we can have true peace and happiness
