Never quite as we expect to be
Life of ours
And us
So free

We shape the plate

Dexterously

Create some tastes

To help us see

All the nutrients keep us alive

Equip us with the will to survive

The body an amazing vehicle

Our minds truly are a miracle

Creates patterns in our lives

Our minds, our guides to breathe this jive

To nurture, surrender, and survive

Keeping beating heart’s alive

Dear Suzie way down under in a quaint place called Woy Woy, I love the way you reflect using your mind to describe the workings of your mind. Yes it is true though we have the power and ability to think, the mind I believe does make so many decisions and subconscious choices that affect our lives. Some are good and others appear at times to be not so good but perhaps in the grander scheme of things we just don't know. Live large and laught lots,
